NCO of the Wing

I guess Cindy should have explained all the military talk. NCO is a Non Commissioned Officer. That has to do with my rank. Wing is an element of the command structure. A Wing is basically a base. Most bases consist of one wing, but some larger bases have two or three wings. So with all that being said, for my rank or catagory, which there are four categories they give awards for (Airman, NCO, Senior NCO, and Officer), I recieved the award for the month.
