Yesterday we went with some friends out to the Chena Hot Springs. They have a great indoor pool and some hot tubs. They are warmed by the natural hot springs in the area. But the best part is the hot springs outside. If you can brave the walk (about 20 feet), you can get into some HOT water and enjoy the night air. Last night's fresh air was about -15 to -20 degrees.
The boys got brave enough to sit up on the snow covered rocks in just their swimsuits.
Curtis with his frosted hair. I love it!

Looks like fun. I'd like to take a dip myself.
That looks so fun! Brr...the boys sitting on the snowy rocks make me cold though :)
That is so amazing and beautiful! We have had 14 inches of snow here in Iowa, but NOTHING compared to you!!! :D
It's not the walk THERE I'm worried about, it's getting out of the nice hot water with the -35 degree weather and dashing back indoors. lol!!
Curtis... can we just call you "Jack"?
Last year at Christmas Duncan and I went to Lava Hot Springs in Idaho; a similar kind of thing, but without the negative temps!!!
What a Great time you all are having. These are Great times that will always be remembered by you and the kids, that is cool.
That looks Awesome! I would love to do that sometime. I love that you guys have a lot of snow too.
