Scotland

We absolutely fell in love with Scotland.  It is magical and amazing.  We hope to be able to take many more trips to Scotland before our time here in England is over.

Someone didn't want to climb the mountain.

In Kilmarnock we went to a History center to find information about Curtis' ancestors.
Hugh Brown is Curtis' 5 times grandfather.

Beach Day

We live with an hours drive from many beaches along the Norfolk coastline.  But since it is England it is rarely warm enough to play in the water.  The beaches are often rocky and the weather is often gray and cloudy.  But that doesn't stop 4 water-loving babies.  It does, however, stop me.  I would rather sit and read that get near that freezing water.

History Live

We drove a couple hours to the middle of England to spend the day at a History Fair.  It had everything history from medieval jousts to WWII hospital tent reenactments.  There were lots of events to watch and activities to get involved in.
