Megan's 8th Birthday

 Megan celebrated her birthday with one of our ward's young women at our combined activity.  We went bowling at the base.

 Megan had her birthday party at the skating rink.  It was one of the easiest birthday parties I have thrown.  All the kids skated until they could barely stand up.  We enjoyed pizza and cake and ice cream.

Girls Days Out

 I am lucky to be here in England with a great group of friends.  

 We took a day while all the kids were in school to head over to an amusement park and ride the roller coasters.  

And we love to get together and eat!!

While in Germany at NCOA, Curtis had to opportunity to climb the highest peak in Germany with some friends.  

Jake's 14th Birthday

 Since Jake's birthday fell on a Mutual night at church, we rented sumo suits to wrestle for combined activity.  

He doesn't actually think that he can beat his mama, does he?

Alnwick Castle

 Alnwick Castle is also known as the Harry Potter castle because the first two movies were filmed there.  It is still a private residence, but they have added things to make it a tourist attraction.

 There is training to become a king or queen or knights and ladies.

 There is also some wizarding training available.
